A few nights ago we went on Uncle Ducky’s “Grand Island Dinner Cruise” and here’s a little bit about our experience. To start, for one price you get a dinner and get to go on a cruise around Grand Island! It’s a fun way to spend the evening enjoying good food, drinks and great scenery.
We started with dinner at the Duck Pond — an eatery and beer garden located a few miles west of Munising. They let you select the entrée of your choice from their cruise menu. Being a beautiful summer evening, we enjoyed our meal in their outdoor seating area. They also offer a wide variety of craft beers (not included in price) to choose from as well as other drinks and refreshments. After eating we made our way to the boat landing to depart on our cruise at 6:30. Cliffs, caves, lighthouses, eagles and wildlife were among the sites we enjoyed on our trip. The captain shared interesting facts and allowed plenty of time for photos. A great time was had by all.
